| REtoday is part of an ecumenical educational charity based in the UK which aims to support multi-faith religious education in schools; to increase awareness of the spiritual, moral, social and cultural dimensions of the curriculum; to articulate Christian perspectives on education. Membership is open to all who are interested in RE.Formerly CEM.

PCfRE is the subject teacher association for RE professionals in primary and secondary schools and higher education, providing a focal point for their concerns, a representative voice at national level and publications and courses to promote professional development. Membership is open to all who are interested in RE. |
AREIAC is the professional association for RE inspectors, advisers and consultants. It provides support for its members through an annual conference, regular newsletters and regional group meetings. It has published guidance on inspection issues in RE and (with NASACRE) a guide to Agreed Syllabuses in England and Wales. AREIAC liaises regularly with the DfEE, QCA and the TTA on RE related issues. |

| ATRES is the professional organisation for those involved in the teaching and training for teaching of Religious Education in Scottish schools. It works to ensure that high standards of RE are maintained in Scottish schools, and it provides a framework for those involved in RE in Scotland to work together. |
