Hi there, I have an interview for the Primary PGDE (in Scotland) soon and was hoping someone, somewhere could give me some advice to help me get prepared for it! There is a group discussion on the 'curriculum for excellence' and the new 3-18 framework and although I have been able to find out about this I haven't really been able to find enough reading material to really get to grips with it. I'm quite shy and very aware that if I don't do enough preparation for this discussion I won't portray a very good impression of myself so any advice anyone could give on reading material etc would be really useful! There is also a written exercise which is apparently a response to a professional issue but thats all they have told us and I was wondering if anyone knows what sort of professional issues this might include?
